Professional Relationship: RD3 Tech aims to maintain a professional and constructive working relationship. Where an engagement is no longer workable or suitable, RD3 Tech may pause or terminate the work. Fees already incurred remain payable.

Service Details

Professional Services
RD3 Tech provides IT consulting, advice, research, recommendations, estimates, quotes, implementation and support. Professional time and expertise required to provide these services may be charged at our standard hourly rate.

Scope of Work
Work is undertaken according to the agreed scope and requirements. Requests outside the agreed scope, additional tasks or significant changes in direction may be treated as additional work and charged accordingly.

Budgets & Estimates
We take your budget into consideration when developing a solution. However, the budget does not determine the professional work required. Estimates and recommendations are based on the information available at the time and may change as requirements become clearer.

Consulting, Research & Recommendations
Time spent understanding requirements, researching options, comparing solutions, preparing recommendations, estimates or quotes may be chargeable. This applies whether or not you proceed with the recommended solution or purchase products or services elsewhere.

Changes & Additional Work
Changes to requirements, priorities or circumstances may affect the scope, timeframe and cost of the work. Additional requests, revisions or new requirements may incur additional charges.

Communication & Cooperation
Clients are expected to provide accurate information, make decisions within a reasonable timeframe and communicate respectfully and constructively. Communication or delays that substantially increase the work required may affect the scope, timeframe or cost.

Professional Relationship
RD3 Tech aims to maintain a professional, respectful and constructive working relationship with every client. We may decline, pause or terminate work where the engagement becomes unreasonable, impractical or unsuitable to continue.

Fees Following Termination
Ending or cancelling an engagement does not remove responsibility for fees already incurred. The client remains responsible for professional services provided up to the point of termination.

Recommendations & Outcomes
Recommendations are professional guidance based on the information and circumstances available at the time. We cannot guarantee a particular outcome where factors are outside RD3 Tech’s control.

Third-Party Products & Services
RD3 Tech is not responsible for changes to third-party pricing, availability, specifications, policies, performance or ongoing support.

Terms & Conditions
This disclaimer should be read together with the RD3 Tech Terms & Conditions. Where there is any inconsistency, the Terms & Conditions take precedence.
