Why doesn’t RD3 Tech operate as a walk-in repair shop?
RD3 Tech operates as an appointment-based IT support and consulting
service rather than a walk-in repair shop.

Appointments allow RD3 Tech to:

- Allocate the correct amount of time

All visits to the RD3 Tech property must be arranged and approved
in advance. Clients must not arrive at the property without a
confirmed appointment or prior permission.
For certain jobs, a drop-off service may be available at the
RD3 Tech workshop.
Drop-offs are by appointment only and must be confirmed before
bringing equipment in.
RD3 Tech is not a walk-in repair centre. Unplanned visits cannot
be accommodated.
Does RD3 Tech offer a drop-off service?
