As the holiday season approaches, things can get pretty busy. Between Christmas shopping, family gatherings, travel and everything else that comes with the festive season, a little organisation can go a long way.
Here are a few practical tech tips to help you stay on top of things:
Make sure your calendar is synced across your phone, tablet and computer. Add family gatherings, appointments, school events and other important dates so you know what’s coming up and where you need to be.
Shopping lists and Christmas planning are much easier when you can keep everything in one place. Create separate lists for presents, groceries, meal planning and those last-minute jobs that always seem to appear!
If you’re sending Christmas messages or emails to a group of people, consider using your email or messaging apps to help organise them. For businesses, scheduling appropriate holiday messages or notifications can also help make sure customers know when you’re taking a break.
A little organisation can make a big difference. Use the technology you already have to take some of the stress out of the Christmas rush and make more time for the things that really matter.

With the year winding down, it’s a great time to give your computer a little tidy-up before the New Year arrives.
Take some time to go through your 2023 documents, emails and files. Clear out anything you no longer need, organise important documents into folders, and make sure the files you want to keep are safely backed up.
A few simple jobs now can make it much easier to find what you need when you’re back into the swing of things in the New Year.
